Published and archival materials in all formats relating to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender culture and history. The Archive is divided into seven categories (archival files, fine art, oral histories, posters, pulp fiction, serials, and textiles). While its initial focus was on Florida and Southeastern United States, the Archives contain materials from the entire country and a limited number of items of other countries. The Stonewall Library is the largest lending library of LGBTQ+ materials in the United States. Please note: use of the archives is limited to scholars, historians, researchers, writers, and artists by appointment only.
